CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY AT BEAUTYAHOLIC STUDIO

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling

To ensure high-quality services for all our clients, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

2. Cancellation Fee

If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice and the client wishes to reschedule, a cancellation fee of €50 per service will apply. This amount will be added to the cost of the next appointment.

3. Deposit for Appointments

To secure future appointments, especially for clients with multiple cancellations, a €50 deposit per service is required.

This deposit will be deducted from the total amount upon completion of the service.
